Registration Site for ISPACS 2018

The end of early registration is on 26th October, 23:59:59 JST (GMT+9).
Late registration will start on 27th October, 00:00:00 JST (GMT+9).
Note :
In the credit card settlement, Okinawa Coorporate Games (沖縄コーポレートゲームズ) will be displayed as name of store (ご利用店名).

Registration Policy

• Each paper needs at least 1 early full registration other than Student registration, otherwise the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings. Student registration cannot be considered as a full registration.
• One full registration can register at most 2 papers. In this case, do not forget to indicate Paper ID when you make registration through the web site.
• Registration fee must be paid via 'Credit Card' in Japanese Yen.
• Member of any society and Student must declare Member/Student ID.
• Member registration will cover proceeding, banquet, reception and gift. Student registration does not include banquet.

Notes:

• An IEICE, IEEJ, or ECTI member with valid membership status can register at the member rate.
• Members and Student members will be required to show their membership card at the conference registration desk.
• Additional banquet ticket is JPY 12,000
  (available at the registration desk or can be purchased in advance).
• Additional reception ticket is JPY 5,000
  (available at the registration desk or can be purchased in advance).

Refund Policy

Regarding to any reasons, registration fee is not refundable. Even in case you will not get an entry visa from Japanese embassy or consulate, we have no responsibility for visa issue so that there is no change the registration fee refund policy. The proceeding will be sent to the unable-attendance author after the conference.
